Hello, I’m Leon Burg. I grew up in Ventura, California, and have been fortunate to live in places such as Graz, Los Angeles, Munich, Stuttgart, and Umeå.
I enjoy designing the dialogue between hardware and software to form easy to use, tasteful experiences.
Currently, I’m midway through my Master’s in Interaction Design at the Umeå Institute of Design in Sweden, after completing my Bachelor’s at HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd.
Previously, I had the opportunity to work for one and a half years as a UX/UI Designer at
zigzag.is, Stuttgart.
I’m driven to learn from exceptional people, collaborate in highly creative teams, and take on meaningful design challenges.
Recently, my work has focused on exploring Artificial Intelligence through practical making and prototyping new tools.
Outside of the design world, I enjoy traveling, photography and activities such as playing basketball, football, surfing and skiing.
